What is your refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you decide you want something else, or want to trade up :) I am happy to accommodate to the best of our abilities. Please use our contact page to let us know how we can help, or email us directly at contact@maggieo.com.

My purchase was damaged/defective/misprinted. Can I return it?

If your purchased item is damaged/defective/misprinted we are more than happy to correct this for you! Please submit a claim within one week of receipt. Write to us at contact@maggieo.com to let us know why you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please include a photo and wait for our response. We will make sure to reply within 24 - 48 business hours. If approved, we will provide instructions for the returns procedure.

We are not responsible for items that have been declared as "delivered" to your residence by tracking but are lost, stolen, or missing. We will work with you to help recover the item. Please email contact@maggieo.com within 2 weeks. If you have had issues in the past, please make us aware.

It is not possible to edit or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please contact us directly if you would like to cancel your order and we will work with you to ensure the best outcome possible. If you need to edit your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to edit on a case by case basis.

How long will it take to ship my item(s)?

It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. It generally takes 7-10 business days to fulfill orders. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. However, during these uncertain times we estimate it will take 3-4 weeks to receive your order. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. We offer live shipping rates through USPS for all products & merchandise. Please contact us directly at contact@maggieo.com with specific time inquiries & we will make every effort to ensure you receive your order in time. 

Standard delivery times are shown on the site at the time of checkout if you are ordering products & merchandise. It is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming an order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. It is our intent to make delivery of your purchase as simple as possible.

I am shipping outside of the United States. How long will it take to ship?

At this time we are not shipping outside of the United States.

Where can I track my order?

Please use the tracking number link found in your shipment confirmation email to track orders.

Will I pay for customs fees when you resume shipping outside of the United States?

Yes, as it is nearly impossible to standardize, we are not responsible for import duties/fees on orders shipped internationally. Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by each individual country.
