This was a commission for a client who lives close to Barracks Row. The ceremony at Marine Barracks Washington, DC starts at 8:45 pm, beginning with a concert by the United States Marine Band. The Evening Parade, held every Friday evening during the summer, has become a universal symbol of the professionalism, discipline, and Esprit de Corps of the United States Marines. When you buy a print, 20% of the proceeds go to Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation.

Oversized canvas prints are open series prints that start at 22” x 30”. They are produced from an original painting to achieve high resolution reproductions using vibrant archival inks on archival fade-resistant canvas. Prints are stretched, gallery wrapped and hardware is provided.

20.5 mil thick poly-cotton blend canvas.
Hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars.
Matte finish coating.
A hand embellished canvas print is a reproduction on which an added layer of paint is applied to the canvas. Paint is adhered with a palette knife to specific areas to enhance color, brush stroke & texture, making a giclee print look even more like an original.
