My painting "Fearless Girl" was inspired by Kristen Visbal's Fearless Girl, a four - foot bronze statue of a young girl in juxtaposition to Arturo DiModica's iconic Wall Street Charging Bull in New York City.
This Fearless Girl is part of my public art campaigned, "Vote for your Daughter" which is designed to inspire action and defend the rights of American women and girls.
I am endlessly inspired by "Fearless Girl" and wanted to create colorful statues of little girls in different shapes, sizes, ages to represent the millions of Americans (our daughters) who are losing their rights to their bodily autonomy and critical health care.
